What is CCTV ERP Lite?
CCTV ERP Lite is web-based ERP software for CCTV and security system integrators in India. It covers the work from a tender or enquiry through quotation, order, delivery and invoice, along with payments, expenses, accounts, employees and the field team's daily reports. It is made and operated by SnxwFairies Innovations Private Limited.
Who is CCTV ERP Lite for?
Firms that bid for, supply, install and maintain CCTV and security systems: the owner who tracks tenders and money, the office staff who raise quotations, orders and invoices, and the technicians who report work from site.
Is CCTV ERP Lite free?
The Lite plan is free for up to 3 users, and no card is needed to register. Paid plans exist for firms that outgrow it. Our guidance is that a firm crossing ₹1 crore of business in a financial year is better served by a paid subscription; that is a suggestion, not an automatic upgrade.
What does the free Lite plan include?
Tender tracking, quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, delivery challans, sales invoices, payments, expenses, employees, master data and reports. AMC contract management and project management are not part of the free plan.
Does it create GST invoices?
Yes. Sales invoices show GST, carry your GSTIN and your customer's, and print on your company letterhead with a signature. A monthly GST summary report totals output tax and input tax credit.
Can it generate e-invoices (IRN) or e-way bills?
Not at present. It does not connect to the GST e-invoice or e-way bill portals. You can record the e-invoice or e-way bill reference against a purchase invoice.
Can field technicians use it on a phone?
Yes. The field portal runs in a phone's browser. Technicians see the tasks assigned to them, file daily work reports and installation reports, and their location is recorded and checked against the site's geofence. The web app can also be installed to a phone's home screen.
Can I bring in my existing data?
Yes. Quotations, purchase orders, sales orders, sales invoices, employees and tenders each have an Excel import. Bank transactions can be imported from a Tally XML export and reconciled in the ERP.
Is my company's data kept separate from other companies?
Yes. Each company is a separate tenant, and every request is limited to the signed-in user's own company. Automated tests check that isolation on every change. The application servers and the database are in India.
Who can see what inside my company?
Your company admin sets each user's permissions module by module: view, add, edit, delete and approve. Changes to records are written to an audit log.
